Once the shining capital of the country of Siazer, it has long since decayed into a wretched hub of corruption and debauchery. A slow poisonous ruination that has lasted for decades, where the strong pray on the weak, and the weak simply hope to survive from day to day.

Backstreet dealings in narcotics, murder, or slavery is rife, and the authority can be bought as easily as any other commodity. The only place that has a modicum of security is the lavishly decorated streets of Cherry Crown where the major families live, their livery often sported on the guards that roam the streets.
